Coocoo For Chocolate…

I make no excuses or apologies for my utter obsession with chocolate- every day is a chocolate day in my house and at sol HQ. Now, I am a fan of practically any and every kind of chocolate – white, dark, with/without fruit/nuts, Godiva to the everyday brands found in our local stores- I will happily devour them all, however I, of course, do have my absolute favs for everyday indulgences with Lindt being at the top of my list.

And speaking of indulgences, dark, rich, moist, gooey chocolate brownies are 1 of my best indulgences/desserts together with anything Nutella related 😍. i therefore felt compelled to come up with the ultimate treat that combines all of these tastes/flavors together and came up with my decadent “to die for” Lindt chocolate Nutella marbled brownies. These brownies are everything a brownie should be, gooey centre, rich, moist chocolate overload, with little nuggets of hazelnut all brought together by the sumptuous flavors of Nutella. Just scooping (and eating) Nutella straight out the jar, alone, gives me the greatest of pleasures, but when it’s combined with the rest of favs- Sheer heaven.

Just thinking about it is making me so happy so let’s not waste any more time, with me rambling on and on, and let’s get straight to baking- here’s what you will need (so super easy and fast):

Arita’s Ultimate Lindt Chocolate Nutella Marbled Brownies:

Arita’s Ultimate Lindt Choc Nutella Marbled Brownies

180ml Flour

250ml sugar

pinch salt

60ml Cocoa Powder

125ml butter

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla essence

1/4C chopped hazelnuts

3-4 Tbl Nutella

30ml of each Lindt white choc and Lindt milk/dark choc (chopped)

Preheat oven to 175 degrees celcius

grease 8X8 brownies pan.

Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla essence together. Add the dry ingredients in. Mix. Add in the hazelnuts and white choc chips. Mix well. Pour mixture out into tray. Place approx 1/2 Tbl drops of Nutella all over top of brownie mixture. Using a knife/skewer and form streaks of the Nutella all over the top to form marble effect.

Bake for 20 mins. Cool and cut into squares.

How simple and fast was that? Seriously 1 of the easiest, quick recipes to make (& not to mention delicious)😜😛🍪🍮🍰
